Software Install Kit Requirements

The following install kits and versions are required for the Sigmafine System:

Server Side Components​

The PI AF Server includes the Microsoft .NET Framework and thus, the use of the OSISoft Prerequisite Kit is not required for the Server side installation.

  • PI AF Server 2018 SP3 Patch 2 (2.10.6.195)
  • PI AF Client 2018 SP3 Patch 3 (2.10.9.593)
  • Sigmafine Setup (version 4.7 R2) – [Server + Client]

Client-Side Components​

Installation of the PI AF Client product on Windows relies on the presence of the Microsoft operating system components such as, the Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft run time libraries. The OSISoft Prerequisite Kit is recommended for the OSISoft ProcessBook installation if you are installing it on a separate machine from the AF Server so that the .NET Framework is sure to be installed. The OSISoft Prerequisite Kit is available in three packages; Pimsoft recommends installing the Standalone version, because it does not require a connection to the internet after downloading the installer.
